Terms & Conditions

Kindly review the Terms and Conditions listed below:

1. Bookings need to be made at least 1 week prior (for intimate gatherings) or 1 month prior (for events with 100 guests or more) by using our Contact Us form OR emailing us at curateandplateshop@gmail.com with the following information: name, type of event, date of event, address, contact number, tablescape design, and number of guests.
2. Prior to finalizing a booking, clients are required to make a 50% non-refundable deposit and sign Curate & Plate Ltd Co.'s rental contract.
3. The remaining 50% must be paid 3 days prior to the event date.
4. Payments can be made via Venmo, PayPal and direct bank transfer.
5. Invoices will be sent to the client's email after full payment is made.
6. Should there be a need to reschedule the event, Curate & Plate Ltd. Co would need to be notified at least 3 days prior (for intimate gatherings) and 2 weeks prior (for larger events with more than 100 people) to the event.
6. All of the items for rent belong to Curate & Plate Ltd. Co.
7. All of Curate & Plate Ltd. Co's rental items are presented to clients without any minor and/or major damages.
8. Clients are fully responsible for any damages incurred during the event. We will bill the client directly for any minor damages (i.e. scratches, chipping of dinnerware), major damages (i.e. breakages), and losses.
9. Curate & Plate Ltd. Co will not bear any responsibility for any injuries sustained during the rental period caused by improper handling of rental items.
10. Curate & Plate Ltd. Co will not bear any responsibility for any alcohol-related accidents. Clients are responsible for checking laws related to alcohol-use within the venue and the state where the event is being held.
